3D wise, both the Nintendo 64 and Gamecube were the best hands down.
While I still enjoy the majority of titles on Wii, the system itself could never compare to the nostalgia the aforementioned left behind. Super Nintendo comes to a very close in second place.

The NES and SNES are both classic gaming legends.
The N64 and Gamecube were both a major leap with 3D gaming graphics. And then along came the wee little Wii, which provided a new experience with motion gaming, but didn't really meet up with the amazement of its predecessors. The Wii was still a great console, but imho, it wasn't the best Nintendo had to offer.
