But the thing is I'm stuck using a mobile device when it comes to browsing the internet. My lappy broke at the beginning of last year. *sad*

That kinda sucks i mean the mobile device,hopefully you can get a laptop or a PC quite soon since learning gfx would require practice.About the places,you know i've came from another site,so on that place we have one active GFX team,there you could learn about gfx.
Or...i could teach you myself^^. |
