I use Adobe Photoshop CS5.
I'm more into making signatures and site banners. Like the one in the Elfen Lied skin. I made both the banner and icons for that, but I still need some improvements on my works. XD And that Elfen Lied signature looks great.

Ah okay, I use PhotoshopCS3 and it's probably pretty similar. Have you read through many tutorials for sigs? I could probably whip up a tutorial for you too, or find a couple for you to start with so you can practice a bit more. The banners are pretty good though =]

I tried making it fit with the color scheme as much as possible. And that would be wonderful. I have watched a couple of Youtube tutorials back then, and a lot of the things they demonstrated seemed simple. But one thing I can't seem to get right is the effects. Like how you did with your Eflen Lied signature. Nice work with that theme as well.
