Well if you can host them yourself then it's alright, but as I'm going to guess. There's no point in making your own torrent for ongoing series that already have a lot seeds.

Well I'd say a good place to start is Nyaa torrents, they have everything recent. Plus the torrents are colour coded by how trusted they are.

I would go thru there as well, but some subgroups are being given a rough time right now, due to people posting false torrents posted supposedly from the groups themselves.
