I can see the industry here being very, very small. With the rise of Youtube as well, a lot of people can get their voice heard (Quite literally), so maybe it would be possible to bring some people together and work on a project?

It wouldn't surprise me if a lot of people who don't like dubs really do think Japanese just sounds better, and that's perfectly fine. Just as people who do like dubs have a wide variety of reasons for their preference, people who prefer subtitles and Japanese do too, and I wouldn't want to stereotype them by saying they must all just think Japanese sounds better.
