Default Long or Short?

So, which sort of manga do you prefer to read, those that seem to last for only a few chapters; or those that go on for years, and years, and have dozens of volumes, and hundreds of chapters, and may never stop?

The ones that die gracefully.
I prefer to have a short but meaningful manga opposed to one that just doesn't quite know when to die.

I don't really buy any manga.

I usually just read it.
