Nintendo is usually a slow start these days, but once those exclusives come out. (/'A')/ hold on to your butts. I imagine Wind Waker HD will push a few units by itself.

I read some ratings just now and they said Wii U is still struggling in other countries.

The 3DS is actually still outselling the Wii U in other parts of the country.
This is only due to poor marketing and the lack of system seller games. Once the big titles get released we should see a slight boost afterwards.
