I agree totally on this. Then again, the latest filler eps led up to this point because Pain was going after the 6-tails to begin with, then he was going after Naruto.

well they only make the stupid fillers for 3 reasons.
1) To keep a safe distance between the manga and the fillers. 2) To keep the naime running longer. 3) To piss you off! XD! In the end just skip the filles cept the hand full that are hilarious, and when they get back on track just dont add the fillers to yoru collection. I on the other hand like the filler arcs, most of them are stupid and silly, make me laugh alot. Although it does remind me of a childs program its still intertaining. i would rather have my neices watch that then fucking wiggles or barney!/ |

ditto to Kaze on all 3 reasons. Kishi. probably likes a good amount of distance b/t the two. I believe it is probably about 50-75 (or more) chapter difference from where the anime is and the manga might be. Plus is good to see al lthe graphic in-between that u dont get in the manga (not that im complaining after following the manga since chapter 1)
Lets just hope for a nice good 15-30 eps before there is another filler arc. And is scary already 153 eps into Shippuden, where only 70ep more to where pre-Shippuden ended |

just remember Ranma 1/2 was 8 seasons each season with 24-26 eps, now we have Naruto and Bleach who are atechincally two seasons so far and both seasons are in the 2xx XD! Both defidently have the potential for being 8 seasons long XD!

And fillers hae other reasons too, like when the manga for an anime is ending, and they are trying to extend the amount of episodes they have available for that anime....For instance Bleach.

Ramna did the same thing every 3-4 eps they would make a filler ep just so the entire season would be aorund 26 eps instead of 18 XD!
